We offer USPS Priority shipping at a flat rate of $10 anywhere in the continental US. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. ​

Shipping times range from 2 - 3 business days from time of shipping.

We strive to provide the highest quality products for our customers. In the event that you are not satisfied with your custom framed NFT art, we ask that you contact us at info@myphycicalnft.com no more than 14 days from time of purchase to process refund. Please include detailed information for reason of return along with photos.

We will send you a return shipping label upon refund request.
​
Please note that we will maintain a 5% portion of the purchase price to cover the custom print, unless there is a defect or otherwise determined during the refund process.
